Helping you to Navigate Life’s Challenges

Do any of the following resonate with you?

Do you feel lost in life?

Do you feel increasingly anxious, overwhelmed, and lacking in self-worth and confidence?

Have you lost sight of the happy moments in your life?

Are you are struggling with self-belief and showing yourself kindness?

Do you feel guilty and irritable more than usual?

Have you lost a sense of meaning in your life?

Is it time to access counselliing and put your needs first?

Counselling or therapy, as it’s also called,  can help you to challenge these negative views of yourself, and become more positive and hopeful in your outlook by improving your self-compassion and self-care.

Therapy can help you explore your feelings, and process the loss and change in your life, so you can move forwards with more certainty and be less overwhelmed in your day-to-day life.

About Me

Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a BACP accredited and registered counsellor with over 17 years of experience working with adults. I’m a calm, grounded, and supportive counsellor who can help you to get your life back on track. I believe we can thrive when we are truly heard and can make sense of our own story.

Counselling gives you an opportunity to feel accepted, validated, and worthy of compassion. We will work together, at your pace, to help you gain a better understanding of your situation and feelings.

You matter too!

When we don’t feel good about ourselves it shows up in all aspects of our life. It can stop us from achieving what we want in life. We can feel stuck in a cycle of negative emotions, unmotivated, and unable to make changes. This can lower our mood and cause conflict in our relationships leading us to feel guilty and then the cycle gets repeated.

When we have suffered a bereavement or other loss such as a relationship breakdown, redundancy, or other life transition we can feel alone and lost in our emotions, with seemingly no way to change how we feel.

Therapy can help.

“Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”
